Primary Responsibilities :
• UI/UX Design (Figma). Design screens, landing pages and app flows before they are built, in mobile and desktop variants. Own the design system — colour, typography, spacing, components — and keep it consistent across the site, city pages and the field app. Build wireframes and prototypes so sales and marketing can react before development time is spent. Export production assets and audit live pages against the design.
• Websites and City Landing Pages. Build and maintain responsive pages across the company websites, and ship citywise and campaign-specific landing pages quickly as data-driven templates. Keep project data current — phases, unit mixes, price lists, floor plans, amenities, branch contacts. Own on-page and local SEO, schema markup and Core Web Vitals. Manage deployment, DNS, SSL and CDN (Cloudflare, Vercel) and the Git workflow behind them.
• Application Development. Build and maintain screens and components for the internal field application (React on Cloudflare Pages with Functions) used every working day to receive leads, call them and log outcomes. Implement features end to end — UI, state, API, error handling, server handler. Handle field realities: intermittent connectivity, stale data, duplicate submissions. Build dashboards for sales, marketing and management.
• Automation and Integrations. Own the lead pipeline end to end — ads and organic forms, through intermediate storage and the CRM, to branch assignment, the representative’s phone and a WhatsApp or SMS acknowledgement. Build and maintain the integration layer between the marketing app, the ERP and the field app: webhooks, push clients, authentication, retries, idempotency. Ensure a lead from an unrecognised city lands where a human will see it, never in silence. Handle both India (+91) and Nepal (+977) correctly.
• ERP / CRM and Data Integrity. Configure and extend Frappe / ERPNext — DocTypes, custom fields, server scripts, workflows, roles and permissions. Maintain the CRM views sales and telecalling teams work in. Keep price lists, project master data and branch mapping clean and consistent. Support users across departments and locations; maintain backups, staging and a safe path to production.
Experience Requirements:
• Strong HTML, CSS and JavaScript; React.js in practice (components, props, state, hooks, forms) and Next.js routing and rendering.
• Working Figma — frames, components, Auto Layout, variants, constraints, clean developer handoff — plus demonstrable UI/UX judgement on layout, hierarchy, typography and contrast.
• At least one backend language in production (Python, Node.js or PHP); REST API design and consumption; relational database schema, joins and indexing.
• Webhooks and third-party API integration, including debugging an integration you did not write.
• Git and GitHub; deployment to a live environment; DNS, SSL, environment variables and logs.
• Ability to read a vague business requirement, ask the two or three questions that matter, and turn it into something shippable.
• Clear communication in English and Hindi — you will explain technical constraints to sales staff and branch managers, not to other developers.
• Live work we can open: deployed sites, applications, repositories or Figma files.
• B.Tech, BCA, MCA, B.Sc or M.Sc (CS/IT) or equivalent. Candidates from non-CS backgrounds are welcome where project work is real and demonstrable.
