Primary Responsibilities :

- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, beverages, and other drinks as per standard recipes.
- Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other barista equipment.
- Take customer orders and provide friendly and professional service.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café/bar area and equipment.
- Handle cash/POS billing and ensure accurate order processing.
- Maintain adequate stock of coffee, milk, syrups, and other supplies.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and company standards.
- Handle customer queries and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and service team for smooth operations.
- Perform opening and closing duties as required.
Experience Requirements:
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a café/restaurant environment.
- Good knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage making.
- Basic knowledge of coffee machines and equipment.
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional, punctual, and well-groomed.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays if required.
