Manager - Specification

 Develop, review, and maintain detailed technical product specifications.  Ensure that specifications are aligned with client requirements and industry standards.  Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, Govt. authorities, PSUs and internal teams to gather project- specific requirements and translate them into accurate specifications.  Provide technical support to clients and stakeholders, ensuring that all product specifications are understood and adhered to.  Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of all specifications.  Work closely with the Quality Assurance and R&D teams to ensure product specifications are feasible, scalable, and meet quality standards.  Prepare and present reports on specification development, status, and product performance to management and clients.  Provide technical training and support to sales teams regarding product specifications and applications.  Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support product launches, training, and presentations.  To ensure promotional activities such as Engineer’s meet, Architects meets, exhibitions etc.  To report competitor's activities in allotted area and suggest counter measures.  To ensure management of multiple projects and meet deadlines.
