Primary Responsibilities :
• Lead and mentor a team of Node.js developers across multiple projects.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications and microservices.
• Work on iGaming / Casino Platform-based applications and backend systems.
• Architect and integrate AI-powered solutions using OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar AI platforms.
• Review code, enforce best practices, and maintain coding standards.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Frontend, DevOps, AI, and QA teams.
• Handle project planning, task allocation, and technical decision-making.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and real-time systems.
• Troubleshoot critical production issues and provide technical solutions.
• Research and implement modern backend and AI technologies.
Experience Requirements:
Must-Have Skills
• Strong expertise in Node.js, Express.js, and Backend Architecture.
• Minimum 1+ Year of hands-on experience in the iGaming / Casino Industry – Mandatory.
• Strong understanding of iGaming / Casino platforms and their backend systems.
• Hands-on experience with AI APIs and LLM integrations.
• Experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar databases.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and API security.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS.
• Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes.
• Strong leadership and team management experience.
• Experience with Git and Agile development methodologies.
Good-to-Have Skills
• Experience with LangChain, vector databases, and AI orchestration tools.
• Knowledge of WebSockets and scalable real-time systems.
• Exposure to Kubernetes and serverless architecture.
• Understanding of prompt engineering and AI workflow optimization.
• Experience working with gaming, casino, betting, or other iGaming-related platforms.
Leadership Responsibilities
• Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers.
• Conduct code reviews and technical evaluations.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects and sprint goals.
• Manage team productivity and technical escalations.
• Coordinate with clients/stakeholders for technical discussions.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the development team.
Important Requirement
Candidates must have a minimum of 3+ years of overall Node.js development experience, along with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in the iGaming / Casino Industry. iGaming experience is mandatory for this position.\
