Primary Responsibilities :
* Install and configure *Windows, Linux, Unix, and other operating systems*.
* Install and configure software and applications on laptops and desktops.
* Troubleshoot software, hardware, and system-related issues.
* Provide day-to-day IT support to employees.
* Manage and maintain company *laptops, desktops, printers, and other IT equipment*.
* Maintain and update IT *hardware inventory and asset records*.
* Set up systems and required software for new employees.
* Handle IT asset collection during employee exits.
* Install antivirus, updates, and security patches.
* Coordinate with vendors for hardware repair and other IT services.
* Ensure all company systems are working properly and are up to date.
