Primary Responsibilities :
Pick up food orders from restaurants and deliver them safely and on time to customers.
Follow the assigned delivery routes and ensure timely completion of deliveries.
Handle food orders carefully and maintain proper hygiene during delivery.
Coordinate with restaurants and customers regarding order pickup and delivery.
Use a smartphone and delivery application to accept, track, and complete orders.
Collect payments from customers, if applicable, and maintain accurate records.
Follow traffic rules and company safety guidelines while driving.
Maintain the assigned vehicle in good working condition.
Report any delivery-related issues to the concerned team promptly.
Experience Requirements:
Valid Driving Licence.
Previous experience as a Delivery Executive / Driver / Delivery Agent will be an advantage.
Good knowledge of local roads and routes.
Basic smartphone knowledge and ability to use navigation/delivery apps.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Must be punctual, responsible, and willing to work flexible hours.
Should have a two-wheeler and required vehicle documents, if applicable.
