Primary Responsibilities :
● Promote and sell company's pharmaceutical products to doctors, specialists, hospitals, and
retail/wholesale chemists
● Build and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare providers (HCPs) in the
assigned territory
● Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by management
● Conduct regular field visits and product detailing to physicians and pharmacists
● Organize and participate in Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs, camps, and product
launches
● Gather and report market intelligence, competitor activity, and prescription trends
● Ensure timely collection of orders and coordinate with distributors/stockists for product availability
● Maintain accurate records of daily visits, expenses, and sales reports (DCR – Daily Call Reports)
● Handle customer queries and provide product-related information as per company guidelines
● Ensure compliance with company policies and pharma marketing regulations (e.g., UCPMP
guidelines)
Experience Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Science (B.Sc.), or any relevant graduate degree
(preferred)
Experience: 0–3 years in pharmaceutical sales (freshers with strong communication skills may also be
considered)
Skills:
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills
● Good negotiation and persuasion abilities
● Basic knowledge of medical terminology and pharmaceutical products
● Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
● Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
Other Requirements:
● Two-wheeler with a valid driving license (preferred, depending on territory)
● Proficiency in local language and English/Hindi
