Primary Responsibilities :
• 5+ years project management in telecom rollouts (LTE/5G RAN, Core, OAM, IP & Transport)
• PMP or equivalent PM certification
• Hands-on scheduling in Microsoft Project Professional
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder delivery (vendor–OEM–end customer, ideally Nokia ecosystem)
• Risk management, KPI monitoring, and monthly reporting to client/OEM
• Cost & revenue forecasting (EAC, ETC, Actuals)
• Change request management (effort/cost estimation through client approval)
• Site/Project Safety, Quality, and HSE plan ownership
• Willingness to travel to site (Brisbane-based or able to work on-site regularly — no relocation required if local)
Experience Requirements:
Nice-to-have
• Mining or resources-sector project experience
• Multi-state project delivery across Australia
• Background in telecom construction/installation, not just core network engineering
• Familiarity with Australian WHS/regulatory requirements
Practical
• Must have full Australian work rights
• Based in or near Brisbane, or open to regular site travel without relocation
