Primary Responsibilities :
Working knowledge of Nokia Radio equipment, including Macro, Micro, and Pico radios such as AKQW, AHQ3, and AWHQW.
Basic understanding of RF and antenna concepts, including RET antennas and sectorization.
Familiarity with Nokia NDAC (Digital Automation Cloud) equipment and architecture, including MXIE, SRX, and iXRe.
Basic understanding of FRRO504 Radio Units (RUs) and their connectivity with BBU/MXIE.
Hands-on experience in telecom site installation, including equipment mounting, cabling, power connections, and installation of radio equipment on AWLs (poles/light poles) for CCTV backhaul infrastructure.
Experience Requirements:
Support on-site commissioning and acceptance testing, following Nokia's SAT (Site Acceptance Test) process. Actual testing and final driving responsibilities will be handled by the CID team.
Basic IP networking knowledge to perform connectivity checks and troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues. Full IP network design will be handled remotely by Nokia's Consultation Service.
Ability to work independently at telecom sites and coordinate effectively with remote technical teams.
Ensure all installation activities are completed safely, accurately, and in accordance with project and equipment standards.
