Primary Responsibilities :
Assist the Project Manager in maintaining project schedules and coordinating resource allocation to ensure timely project completion.
Schedule Development: Prepare baseline, revised, and recovery schedules using planning tools such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
Progress Monitoring: Track daily and weekly site progress against the master project plan and identify potential delays or schedule slippages.
Stakeholder Reporting: Prepare regular progress reports, cash flow plans, MIS reports, and management dashboards for clients and internal stakeholders.
Coordinate with project, site, engineering, procurement, and other teams to ensure smooth execution as per the approved schedule.
Monitor project milestones and provide timely updates on progress, delays, and recovery plans.
Experience Requirements:
Requirements
Educational Qualification: Graduate in Engineering, preferably Mechanical Engineering.
Experience: 3–5 years of experience in a large fabrication and installation company.
Candidates with experience in the Oil & Gas sector will be preferred.
Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and reporting.
Hands-on experience with Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
Location
Candidates preferably based in Mumbai / Navi Mumbai.
Outstation candidates who are willing to relocate to Navi Mumbai may also apply.
