Primary Responsibilities :
Primary Responsibility – Chain Pharmacy Business Development (90%) • Identify and generate leads from hospitals, healthcare institutions, hospital groups, and medical networks. • Meet hospital management, administrators, procurement teams, and key decision-makers to identify pharmacy business opportunities. • Convert hospital leads into pharmacy business opportunities for HospiPharma. • Identify existing pharmacy chains and multi-outlet pharmacy operators across Bangalore and Karnataka. • Approach pharmacy-chain owners, directors, business heads, procurement heads, and decision-makers. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with regional and national pharmacy chains. • Present HospiPharma's pharmacy business model and partnership proposals. • Negotiate commercial and business terms within Management-approved guidelines. • Convert single-location opportunities into multi-outlet / chain pharmacy partnerships. • Identify opportunities to establish HospiPharma pharmacies within hospitals and healthcare facilities. • Develop a strong pipeline of chain pharmacy prospects and continuously follow up until conversion. • Track each lead from Lead → Meeting → Proposal → Negotiation → Conversion → Pharmacy Launch. • Work closely with Management, Operations, Finance, and other departments for successful pharmacy onboarding. • Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual chain pharmacy acquisition and revenue targets.
Develop new territories and identify high-potential pharmacy chains for expansion. • Maintain regular market visits and monitor competitors, pricing, pharmacy expansion, and market opportunities. • Submit regular reports covering leads, meetings, proposals, conversions, outlets onboarded, and expected revenue.
Experience Requirements:
Retail Pharmacy Business Development (10%) • Identify selected independent retail pharmacies with high business potential. • Approach pharmacy owners for potential HospiPharma conversion or partnership. • Develop relationships with retail pharmacy owners. • Convert suitable retail pharmacy opportunities into HospiPharma business. • Support retail pharmacy expansion when required by Management. 5.
