Operations Executive

➢ Inbound Operations • Coordinate receipt of raw materials, consumables, and finished goods from suppliers. • Verify delivery documents, quality, and quantity against purchase orders. • Ensure proper unloading, inspection, and storage in designated areas. • Maintain accurate records of inbound shipments. ➢ Outbound Operations • Plan and execute dispatch schedules to meet customer delivery timelines. • Supervise loading activities to ensure accuracy and safety. • Prepare shipping documents (invoices, delivery notes, transport permits). • Liaise with logistics partners for timely and cost-effective transportation. ➢ Packaging Operations • Oversee packaging processes to ensure product integrity and compliance with standards. • Implement shipper packaging protocols as per cold chain packaging requirements • Monitor packaging material inventory and coordinate procurement. • Ensure packaging meets customer temperature requirements and labelling requirements. ➢ Compliance & Quality Assurance • Ensure adherence to ISO/QMS, safety, and regulatory requirements. • Conduct routine checks on packaging quality and dispatch accuracy. • Maintain documentation for audits and traceability. • Implement corrective actions for deviations or customer complaints. ➢ Reporting & Continuous Improvement • Suggest process improvements to reduce costs and enhance efficiency. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (procurement, production, logistics, quality).
