Primary Responsibilities :
1. CRM & Pipeline Management.
● Own Cosella’s CRM across prospects, qualified leads, opportunities, and existing
customers.
● Maintain a clean and properly structured CRM.
● Track leads from acquisition through conversion.
● Build and maintain follow-up sequences.
● Ensure qualified opportunities do not fall through the cracks.
● Track sales stages and pipeline movement.
● Identify stalled opportunities and coordinate follow-ups.
● Maintain visibility into where leads are coming from and what happens to them.
● Work with the sales team to improve lead management and conversion.
2. Paid Ads & UGC Coordination
● Work closely with our Media Buyer, to plan, launch, monitor, and improve paid
acquisition campaigns.
● Work with our UGC Creator and Presenter, to continuously produce the creative
assets required for campaigns.
● Develop campaign angles and offers.
● Create creative briefs.
● Develop engaging hooks and messaging.
● Coordinate UGC production.
● Review campaign performance.
● Identify winning and losing creatives.
● Develop new creative tests based on performance data.
● Repurpose winning content across paid and organic channels.
● You should constantly be asking: What message, creative, audience, or offer
should we test next?
3. Funnel Ownership
● Own the complete Cosella acquisition funnel. This includes: Ads → Landing
Pages → VSLs → Webinars → Lead Capture → Booked Calls → Sales Calls →
Conversion.
● Build and improve landing pages.
● Coordinate VSL campaigns.
● Support webinar funnels.
● Improve booking flows.
● Reduce drop-offs across the funnel.
● Improve conversion rates at every important stage.
● Run A/B tests across messaging, creatives, CTAs, landing pages, and offers.
● Ensure tracking is properly implemented across the funnel.
● You are responsible for understanding where prospects drop off and finding ways
to improve it.
4. Sales Support & Closing. Growth does not stop when somebody books a call. You will
work closely with the sales function to understand what happens after a lead enters the
pipeline. The responsibilities include:
● Lead the hiring process for Cosella closers.
● Help develop sales scripts and supporting materials.
● Join sales calls when required.
● Support the closing process.
● Review lost opportunities and identify patterns.
● Understand common objections from prospects.
● Feed sales insights back into advertising, landing pages, VSLs, and campaigns.
● Help improve the demo-to-close process. The goal is to create a tight feedback
loop between marketing and sales.
5. Growth Experiments
● Continuously identify and test new ways to acquire and convert customers.
These experiments include: new advertising angles, diverse UGC formats, VSLs,
live webinars, recorded webinars, lead magnets, outbound campaigns,
retargeting, email campaigns, partnerships, referral programs, new landing
pages, new offers, and account-based campaigns. Additionally, you should be
comfortable launching experiments quickly, measuring the results, and killing
what doesn’t work.
6. Analytics & Growth Reporting. Own visibility into Cosella’s growth performance. Track
metrics such as:
● Leads generated.
● Cost per lead.
● Qualified lead rate.
● Landing page conversion.
● VSL engagement.
● Webinar registrations and attendance.
● Calls booked.
● Show rate.
● Cost per booked call.
● Sales-qualified opportunities.
● Demo-to-close rate.
● Customer acquisition cost.
● Revenue generated.
● Funnel conversion rates.
● Create simple weekly reporting showing: What happened → Why it happened →
What we're changing next.
7. Lifecycle & Revenue Growth. Growth should not stop after acquisition. Work with the
wider team to identify opportunities to improve:
● Lead nurturing.
● Follow-up.
● Customer onboarding.
● Activation.
● Retention.
● Upsells.
● Referrals.
● Reactivation of old opportunities.
Experience Requirements:
1. We want someone who is comfortable doing the work, not just managing people who do
it.
What You Should Have
1. Experience running or managing CRM and sales pipelines.
2. Experience building and optimizing marketing funnels.
3. Experience with paid acquisition and campaign analysis.
4. Experience working with media buyers and creative/UGC teams.
5. Experience with landing pages, VSLs, webinars, or similar conversion funnels.
6. Experience working closely with sales or closing teams.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
8. A good understanding of conversion optimization.
9. The ability to move quickly from idea to experiment.
10. Strong written and verbal communication.
11. Comfort working in an early-stage, fast-moving environment.
