Cleaning, Care & Attention to Detail She is exceptionally thorough and understands the difference between something being superficially clean and being maintained to an immaculate professional standard. She takes ownership of the cleanliness and condition of the entire household, including bedrooms, bathrooms, living spaces, kitchens, wardrobes, storage areas, terraces, and other household spaces. She knows how to work appropriately with different materials, surfaces, fabrics, furniture, appliances, artwork, decorative objects, and valuable belongings and understands that each may require specific products, techniques, and care. She is proactive in identifying things that require attention and does not wait for instructions regarding obvious, routine, or recurring tasks. Organization & Household Management She is highly organized and systematic in her work. She understands how to maintain a household continuously rather than simply completing isolated cleaning tasks. She keeps track of what has been cleaned, what requires attention, what needs replenishing, and what requires periodic or specialist care. She maintains order in cupboards, wardrobes, drawers, linen storage, household supplies, and other areas of the home. She anticipates household needs and ensures the home remains prepared at all times; for example, essential supplies are stocked (excluding food), linens and towels are fresh, guest areas are ready when required, and everything is maintained in its appropriate place. She has a strong can-do attitude and is resourceful in identifying practical solutions rather than simply presenting problems. Laundry, Wardrobe & Personal Belongings She is highly experienced with laundry and garment care, including delicate fabrics and high-quality clothing. She understands how to wash, dry, iron, steam, fold, organize, and store different types of garments appropriately. She takes particular care with valuable, delicate, or personal belongings and treats everything within the household with respect and discretion. She maintains wardrobes and linen in an organized and visually pleasing way and notices when something needs cleaning, repairing, replacing, or specialist treatment. Household Supplies & Sourcing She takes responsibility for monitoring household supplies and understands how to maintain an appropriately stocked home (excluding food). She pays attention to quality, safety, sustainability, and the specific requirements and preferences of the household rather than simply using whatever is most convenient. She communicates upcoming requirements in good time and coordinates purchasing or sourcing according to the procedures established by the staff manager and household. Efficiency & Time Management She works efficiently, quietly, and with good judgment. She knows how to prioritize tasks according to the needs of the household and manages her time independently. She is punctual and reliable and respects our time, privacy, routines, and use of the different properties.
