Primary Responsibilities :
Deliver training on Front Office Operations across different types of hotels.
Train candidates on reservation procedures and guest tracking.
Provide hands-on training on hospitality software such as Fidelio / Opera.
Conduct training on F&B service, banquets, dining etiquette, table manners, and table layouts.
Train students on housekeeping operations and room servicing.
Explain different types of hotel rooms and their servicing standards.
Provide basic knowledge of French language and hospitality-related terminology.
Train candidates on different types of menus and menu planning.
Cover F&B production and preparation fundamentals.
Provide knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
Train candidates on different types of cutlery and their appropriate usage.
Incorporate practical industry examples and hospitality best practices into training sessions
Experience Requirements:
Required Qualifications
3-Year Degree / Diploma in Hotel Management.
12–20 years of relevant hospitality industry experience.
Minimum 3–4 years of experience in a 5-star hotel or reputed hospitality organization/institute.
Must-Have Skills
Strong knowledge of Front Office Operations.
Hotel reservation and guest-tracking procedures.
Fidelio / Opera hospitality software.
F&B Service and Banquet Operations.
Dining etiquette, table manners, and table setup.
