Primary Responsibilities :
* Manage and support *month-end and year-end closing activities*, including journal entries, accruals, provisions, and closing schedules.
* Prepare and review *Trial Balance, Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet, and supporting schedules*.
* Support preparation of accurate and timely *financial statements and management reports*.
* Handle and review *intercompany accounting and reconciliations*.
* Prepare *MIS reports and financial analysis* to support management decision-making.
* Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve accounting and reporting issues.
* Support *statutory audits, tax audits, and financial audits*.
* Ensure compliance with applicable *accounting standards, GAAP, taxation, and regulatory requirements*.
* Assist in *budgeting, financial planning, and performance analysis*.
* Handle *GST and TDS compliance*, including reconciliations, return preparation, and timely filings.
* Support income-tax-related activities, including preparation and review of tax returns.
* Identify accounting and process issues and support improvements in financial reporting and controls.
Experience Requirements:
* Strong knowledge of *Financial Accounting & Reporting*
* Good understanding of *Statutory Audit and Tax Audit*
* Experience in *MIS Reporting and Financial Analysis*
* Knowledge of *GST, TDS, and taxation compliance*
* Basic understanding of *Financial Modelling*
* Strong proficiency in *MS Excel*
* Exposure to *SAP, Tally/Tally Prime, ERP systems, or similar accounting software*
* Good analytical, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills
Education & Experience
* *Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)*
* 3–5 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts, Financial Reporting, Audit, or Taxation
* Experience with month-end/year-end closing and financial statement preparation will be preferred.
