Finance Manager

• Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations. • Handle accounting and financial activities related to Import & Export transactions. • Manage foreign currency transactions, international payments, and receipts. • Handle Letters of Credit (LC), Bank Guarantees (BG), Bills of Exchange, and other trade finance instruments. • Coordinate with banks for import/export payments, remittances, documentation, and forex transactions. • Ensure proper accounting of imports, exports, freight, customs duties, clearing charges, and related expenses. • Monitor Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) and ensure timely settlements. • Manage cash flow, working capital, fund planning, and bank reconciliations. • Ensure compliance with applicable GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements. • Support compliance related to international trade, FEMA, foreign remittances, and export/import documentation. • Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, cash-flow reports, and management reports. • Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, customs/CHA, and other external stakeholders. • Monitor financial controls and ensure accuracy of accounting records. • Identify opportunities for cost control and financial process improvement. • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
