Primary Responsibilities :
Assess patients’ physical conditions and rehabilitation needs.
Develop individualized physiotherapy treatment plans.
Provide appropriate physiotherapy interventions and therapeutic exercises.
Apply relevant manual therapy techniques based on patient requirements.
Monitor and evaluate patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly.
Educate patients on rehabilitation programs, exercises, and home-care instructions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical and treatment records.
Ensure safe, effective, and patient-centered care.
Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals when required.
Maintain professional standards and follow clinical and safety protocols.
Experience Requirements:
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT) or equivalent from a recognized institution.
Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy (MPT) or equivalent is preferred.
Minimum 5 years of relevant clinical experience.
Must-Have Skills
Strong knowledge of physiotherapy assessment and treatment techniques.
Practical experience in patient rehabilitation and therapeutic exercises.
Knowledge of orthopedic and musculoskeletal physiotherapy.
Hands-on experience with Mulligan, Maitland, McKenzie, or orthopedic manual therapy techniques.
Strong patient assessment and clinical decision-making abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Active listening and patient counseling skills.
Ability to maintain accurate clinical documentation.
Preferred Skills
Advanced training in orthopedic manual therapy.
Experience working in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
