Experience Requirements:
We are looking for someone who is: • Extremely discreet and trustworthy • Proactive rather than reactive • Calm under pressure • Exceptionally organised • Resourceful and solution-oriented • Polished and well-presented • Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive information • Able to anticipate requirements rather than simply wait for instructions • Mature enough to exercise judgement and know when matters require escalation • Flexible and willing to take ownership of responsibilities • Comfortable working closely with the Director in a high-trust environment What We Value This is not a conventional administrative role.
