Primary Responsibilities :
Install, configure, and maintain audio-visual (AV) systems and equipment.
Troubleshoot audio, video, display, and video conferencing systems.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of AV equipment.
Conduct site visits for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Coordinate with clients during site visits and service activities.
Identify technical issues and provide timely solutions.
Prepare basic service reports, maintenance records, and other documentation.
Ensure AV systems are functioning properly and meet operational requirements.
Experience Requirements:
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of AV systems and equipment.
Understanding of amplifiers, speakers, microphones, displays, projectors, and video conferencing systems.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Good communication and client coordination skills.
Ability to work independently at client sites.
Willingness to travel for site visits.
Basic documentation and reporting skills.
7. Preferred Skills
Hands-on experience in AV installation and maintenance.
Experience troubleshooting conferencing and display systems.
Exposure to corporate, commercial, or institutional AV environments.
