Project Manager

Lead the complete execution of construction projects from mobilization to final handover while ensuring adherence to project timelines, quality standards, budget, and contractual obligations. • Develop detailed project execution plans, work schedules, resource allocation plans, and monitor project milestones using project management tools. • Manage overall site operations including civil, structural, finishing, MEP coordination, and subcontractor activities. • Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, PMC, government authorities, and vendors for smooth project execution .• Monitor project progress against approved schedules and initiate corrective actions to recover delays. • Review and approve project budgets, procurement plans, material requirements, and resource deployment. • Ensure timely procurement and availability of materials, machinery, and manpower to avoid work interruptions. • Lead weekly and monthly project review meetings with management and clients. • Review engineering drawings, technical specifications, BOQs, and contract documents before execution. • Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize delays and cost overruns. • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, environmental norms, labour laws, and safety standards. • Oversee quality assurance processes and ensure work is executed as per approved specifications and IS Codes. • Monitor subcontractor performance, productivity, and contractual compliance. • Verify and approve client billing, subcontractor bills, variation orders, and project cost reports. • Maintain project documentation including DPR, WPR, MPR, site instructions, change orders, and project correspondence. • Resolve technical issues arising during construction through coordination with the design team and consultants. • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are maintained. • Lead and mentor project engineers, supervisors, planning engineers, QA/QC engineers, surveyors, and billing engineers. • Ensure successful project commissioning, snag clearance, final handover, and closure documentation. • Prepare MIS reports and present project performance to senior management.
