Primary Responsibilities :
Sales & Business Development
- Develop and implement state-wise sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Identify and develop new dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
- Expand market presence and generate new business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Channel & Dealer Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, architects, builders, and retailers.
- Support channel partners with product knowledge and promotional activities.
- Monitor dealer performance and improve sales productivity.
Market Development
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Develop strategies to increase market share within the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular market visits and customer meetings.
Team Management
- Guide and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
- Monitor team performance and provide necessary training and support.
- Ensure timely reporting and effective sales planning.
Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments for order processing and customer support.
- Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy customer relationships.
