Primary Responsibilities :
  • Identify potential customers through cold calling, referrals, social media, and other lead generation channels.
  • Generate, qualify, and follow up on sales leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Contact prospective customers through calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings to introduce company products and services.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions based on their needs.
  • Conduct product presentations and explain product features, benefits, and value propositions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Follow up regularly with prospects to convert inquiries into successful sales.
  • Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and opportunities in CRM or company systems.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve basic customer queries and escalate complex issues when required.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports for management review.
  • Stay updated on company products, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Participate in sales training, team meetings, and continuous learning programs to improve selling skills.
Experience Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 0–1 year of experience in Sales, Business Development, Customer Service, or a related field (Freshers are encouraged to apply).
  • Strong interest in building a career in Sales and Business Development.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English and local language.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and customer handling skills.
  • Basic negotiation, persuasion, and convincing abilities.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and accept new challenges.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain customer records and update sales activities accurately.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to travel locally for customer meetings if required.
  • Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
