Primary Responsibilities :
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and outbound sales activities.
  • Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into long-term business clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Understand client business requirements and recommend suitable SaaS solutions to address their needs.
  • Conduct client meetings, product presentations, demonstrations, and solution discussions.
  • Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate pricing, contracts, and successfully close sales opportunities.
  • Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline, update CRM records, and ensure accurate forecasting.
  • Coordinate with pre-sales, implementation, customer success, and technical teams to ensure smooth onboarding and project execution.
  • Provide post-sales support during the transition phase to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Track competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, pipeline updates, revenue forecasts, and management MIS.
  • Participate in industry events, webinars, networking sessions, and exhibitions to generate business opportunities.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on all leads and maintain a high conversion ratio.
  • Contribute to business growth by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
Experience Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline.
  • 3–6 years of proven experience in B2B SaaS Sales or Business Development.
  • Strong experience in new client acquisition and enterprise sales.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong understanding of consultative selling and solution-based sales approaches.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar tools.
  • Ability to independently manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Strong networking, prospecting, and business development capabilities.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities whenever required.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.
  • Positive attitude with the ability to manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously.
  • Experience in handling enterprise or corporate clients will be highly preferred.
  • Immediate or early joiners will be preferred.
