Primary Responsibilities :

Business Development & Sales

  • Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and inbound leads.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Qualify prospects by understanding business needs and recommending suitable solutions.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients and key stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer accounts.
  • Understand evolving client requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term account retention.

Product Demonstrations & Presentations

  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations and sales presentations.
  • Present value propositions to C-level executives and business decision-makers.
  • Address client questions and objections effectively during the sales process.
  • Prepare customized proposals and commercial quotations.

Contract Negotiation & Deal Closure

  • Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and service agreements.
  • Coordinate contract execution and ensure smooth deal closure.
  • Follow up consistently to maximize conversion rates.

Account Growth

  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing customer accounts.
  • Promote additional products, services, and upgrades based on customer requirements.
  • Drive customer expansion and revenue growth.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Marketing to generate and nurture qualified leads.
  • Coordinate with Customer Success and Operations teams for seamless onboarding.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely service delivery.

CRM & Sales Reporting

  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in CRM systems.
  • Track sales pipeline, forecasts, and conversion metrics.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and market insights for management.

Market Intelligence

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
  • Identify emerging business opportunities and recommend growth strategies.
Experience Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

Experience

  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience managing the complete sales lifecycle.

Technical Skills

  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience using sales engagement and prospecting tools is preferred.
