Primary Responsibilities :
Business Development & Sales
- Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and inbound leads.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Qualify prospects by understanding business needs and recommending suitable solutions.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients and key stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer accounts.
- Understand evolving client requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term account retention.
Product Demonstrations & Presentations
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and sales presentations.
- Present value propositions to C-level executives and business decision-makers.
- Address client questions and objections effectively during the sales process.
- Prepare customized proposals and commercial quotations.
Contract Negotiation & Deal Closure
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and service agreements.
- Coordinate contract execution and ensure smooth deal closure.
- Follow up consistently to maximize conversion rates.
Account Growth
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing customer accounts.
- Promote additional products, services, and upgrades based on customer requirements.
- Drive customer expansion and revenue growth.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing to generate and nurture qualified leads.
- Coordinate with Customer Success and Operations teams for seamless onboarding.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely service delivery.
CRM & Sales Reporting
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Track sales pipeline, forecasts, and conversion metrics.
- Prepare regular sales reports and market insights for management.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Identify emerging business opportunities and recommend growth strategies.
Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience managing the complete sales lifecycle.
Technical Skills
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience using sales engagement and prospecting tools is preferred.
