Primary Responsibilities :
Food & Beverage Operations
- Coordinate daily restaurant and dining operations.
- Ensure smooth food and beverage service.
- Maintain service quality standards.
- Assist in banquet and event service.
Guest Service
- Welcome and assist guests professionally.
- Handle customer queries and special requests.
- Resolve guest complaints promptly.
- Ensure excellent dining experiences.
Coordination
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff.
- Monitor table arrangements and service readiness.
- Ensure timely order delivery.
Hygiene & Compliance
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ensure cleanliness of dining areas.
- Maintain compliance with hospitality SOPs.
Inventory & Reporting
- Monitor stock of beverages and service items.
- Prepare daily operational reports.
- Support inventory checks and stock management.
Experience Requirements:
Education
- Graduate from a recognized Hospitality Institute.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations within the Hospitality industry.
