Primary Responsibilities :
Sales Support & Coordination
- Support the sales team with day-to-day administrative activities.
- Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, sales orders, and related documentation.
- Coordinate with customers regarding order status, pricing, and product information.
- Ensure timely follow-up on customer inquiries and sales requests.
Customer Communication
- Handle customer queries through email, phone calls, and WhatsApp.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, orders, and delivery schedules.
- Maintain professional and prompt communication with clients.
Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain and update customer databases and CRM records.
- Generate and maintain sales reports using MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Ensure data accuracy and proper documentation of customer interactions.
- Track order status and update records regularly.
Order Processing
- Assist in processing customer orders and coordinating with internal departments.
- Monitor order fulfillment and resolve coordination issues.
- Follow up on pending orders and customer requirements.
Market Research & Lead Support
- Conduct basic online research for potential customers and market information.
- Collect and organize relevant business data for sales activities.
- Support lead generation initiatives through internet research.
Internal Coordination
- Coordinate with sales, accounts, logistics, and operations teams.
- Ensure smooth flow of information between departments.
- Support management with administrative and reporting requirements.
Experience Requirements:
Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.

Age Criteria
- 25 to 35 years.
Language Skills
- Good command of English (Written and Spoken) is mandatory.
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers.
Technical Skills

- Basic knowledge of data entry and reporting.
- Ability to conduct online research and data gathering.
