Primary Responsibilities :

Business Development & Lead Generation

  • Develop and execute multi-channel business development strategies to generate qualified leads.
  • Identify and engage decision-makers within BPO, KPO, Insurance, and Global Service organizations.
  • Build a strong pipeline through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, networking, and referrals.
  • Research target companies and identify new business opportunities.

Sales & Client Acquisition

  • Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution demonstrations.
  • Understand client hiring challenges and propose suitable recruitment and staffing solutions.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close high-value deals.

Market Research & Strategy

  • Conduct detailed market research on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
  • Identify untapped markets and growth opportunities.
  • Develop lead profiling strategies to improve conversion rates.
  • Provide market intelligence and recommendations to management.

Pipeline & Revenue Management

  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Track opportunities through CRM systems and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Monitor conversion ratios and optimize sales processes.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

Relationship Management

  • Build long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary point of contact during the sales process.
  • Ensure excellent customer experience and client retention.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling recruitment solutions.
Experience Requirements:
  • 5–8 years of Business Development or Sales experience.
  • Proven experience within BPO, KPO, Insurance, Staffing, Recruitment, or Global Services industries.
  • Strong expertise in lead generation, lead management, and deal closure.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving revenue and sales targets.
  • Experience working with CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
