Primary Responsibilities :

International Business Development

  • Identify, target, and acquire new international clients across multiple regions.
  • Promote Permanent Staffing, Contract Staffing, Executive Search, and RPO solutions.
  • Generate business opportunities through LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and referrals.
  • Develop and maintain a healthy international sales pipeline.
  • Create and execute business development strategies to expand global market presence.

Client Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for international clients.
  • Understand client hiring requirements, business challenges, and workforce needs.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and transition of clients to recruitment and delivery teams.
  • Drive repeat business and account growth opportunities.

Commercials & Contract Management

  • Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, SLAs, MSAs, and NDAs.
  • Lead contract discussions and successfully close business deals.
  • Coordinate with legal and finance teams for documentation and compliance.
  • Ensure profitability and commercial viability of all client engagements.

Market Research & Sales Strategy

  • Research global recruitment trends, competitor offerings, and market opportunities.
  • Identify emerging industries and target markets for expansion.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for new geographies and service offerings.
  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Internal Collaboration

  • Work closely with recruitment, delivery, and account management teams.
  • Ensure successful fulfillment of client requirements.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasting through CRM tools.
  • Share market intelligence and customer feedback with management.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong experience in international B2B sales within Recruitment, Staffing, Executive Search, or RPO services.
  • Proven track record of acquiring and closing international clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of international hiring models and staffing solutions.
  • Knowledge of contract negotiation, SLAs, MSAs, and compliance processes.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar tools.
  • Ability to work effectively across different time zones.
  • Strong networking, relationship-building, and business development skills.
Experience Requirements:
  • 5–10 years of experience in International Business Development.
  • Experience selling Recruitment, Staffing, Executive Search, or RPO services.
  • Demonstrated success in international client acquisition and revenue generation.
  • Strong exposure to US, UK, Europe, Middle East, or APAC markets.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA / PGDM in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or related field.
  • Experience in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) sales.
  • Existing network of international HR leaders, Talent Acquisition Heads, and business decision-makers.
