Primary Responsibilities :
Sales Support & Business Development
- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities within the construction and MEP sector.
- Support sales activities with Builders, Contractors, and MEP Consultants.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, tender documents, and sales reports.
- Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, and project opportunities.
- Assist the senior sales team in achieving sales targets.
Client Coordination
- Visit project sites, consultant offices, and contractor locations regularly.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and project stakeholders.
- Respond to client queries regarding products, pricing, and technical specifications.
- Update customer interactions and project details in CRM systems.
Technical Support
- Understand project drawings, BOQs, specifications, and MEP requirements.
- Provide product information and technical support to customers.
- Coordinate with technical and estimation teams for customized solutions.
- Assist in product demonstrations and technical presentations.
Market Research
- Track upcoming construction and infrastructure projects.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Identify potential customers and business opportunities.
Internal Coordination
- Coordinate with estimation, logistics, accounts, and technical departments.
- Ensure timely order processing, delivery, and project execution.
- Maintain proper documentation and reporting of sales activities.
Experience Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in Sales, Technical Sales, or Business Development within the Construction/MEP industry.
- Basic exposure to Builders, Contractors, Architects, and MEP Consultants.
- Understanding of MEP systems such as HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, or Electrical systems.
- Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and customer relationship management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- CRM software knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Valid driving license preferred.
