Primary Responsibilities :
  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Prepare offer letters and employment contracts.
  • Maintain recruitment records and candidate databases.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
  • Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and team-building activities.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Manage attendance, leave records, and employee documentation.
  • Prepare HR letters, including appointment, confirmation, promotion, and experience letters.
  • Ensure proper filing and confidentiality of employee information.
  • Coordinate attendance and prepare payroll with inputs from finance & Ops Team. 
  • Assist in administering employee benefits and insurance programs.
  • Support reimbursement and statutory compliance processes.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in maintaining compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
  • Support audits and HR compliance documentation.

Training & Development

  • Coordinate employee training programs and workshops.
  • Track training attendance and maintain learning records.
  • Support performance management and appraisal processes.

HR Reporting

  • Generate and maintain HR reports and employee data.
  • Track recruitment, attendance, attrition, and other HR metrics.
  • Prepare periodic HR dashboards for management review.

Experience Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–7 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Basic knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and statutory compliance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Especially in Excel.
  • Familiarity with HRMS/HRIS systems is preferred.
