Primary Responsibilities :

We are looking for dynamic Business Development professionals with experience in Telecom Infrastructure, Optical Fibre Cables (OFC), CATV, OPGW, Industrial Cables, or related sectors. The role involves developing new business opportunities, generating enquiries, securing orders, and expanding the customer base across India.

This is an entrepreneurial role suited for professionals who enjoy building markets, developing customer relationships, and driving business growth independently.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
Generate new business opportunities and secure orders for telecom and network infrastructure products.
Build and maintain relationships with:
Telecom Operators
Internet Service Providers (ISPs)
Broadband Providers
Cable TV Networks
EPC Contractors
System Integrators
Enterprise and Corporate Customers
Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, and technical-commercial discussions.
Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close business opportunities.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
Market Development
Identify and develop new territories, customers, and sales channels.
Build dealer, distributor, and channel partner networks.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Explore opportunities in telecom, broadband, railway, power utility, and infrastructure sectors.
Support branding and promotional initiatives.
Government & Tender Business
Identify and track opportunities in government and infrastructure projects.
Monitor procurement portals and tender opportunities.
Coordinate with EPC contractors, system integrators, and project partners.
Maintain tender trackers and support bid-related activities.
Identify subcontracting and supply opportunities in large infrastructure projects.
Customer Relationship Management
Build long-term relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
Ensure timely responses and support to customer requirements.
Follow up on enquiries, quotations, orders, and payments.
Drive repeat business and customer retention.
Reporting & MIS
Maintain records of leads, enquiries, quotations, and orders.
Submit weekly and monthly sales reports.
Share updates on sales pipeline, customer meetings, opportunities, market intelligence, and competitor activities.

Experience with government procurement and tendering processes.
Familiarity with GeM and other procurement platforms.
Knowledge of OFC, CATV, OPGW, telecom networks, and utility sector products.
