Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant to manage financial operations, statutory compliance, taxation, audits, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, in-depth knowledge of accounting standards, and hands-on experience in handling financial and regulatory matters.
Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
Preparation and finalization of financial statements
Handling day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities
Ensuring compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, ROC, and other statutory requirements
Filing GST returns, TDS returns, Income Tax returns, and related compliances
Coordinating with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and tax auditors
Preparing MIS reports, budgeting, and financial analysis
Monitoring cash flow, banking transactions, and fund management
Assisting management in financial planning and strategic decision-making
Maintaining accounting records and internal financial controls
Liaising with banks, financial institutions, consultants, and government authorities
Supporting audits, assessments, and regulatory inspections
