Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Business Development Executive to support lead generation, client outreach, and business expansion initiatives.
The ideal candidate should have experience in telecalling, cold calling, lead generation, and corporate client engagement, preferably within the interior design, architecture, or real estate industry.
This role requires strong communication skills, research capabilities, and the ability to identify new business opportunities with MNCs and corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Lead Generation
Conduct telecalling and cold calling activities to potential corporate clients
Generate new business leads for:
Office expansion projects
Office relocation projects
Office renovation opportunities
Identify and approach MNCs and corporate decision-makers
Client Outreach & Coordination
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients
Coordinate with design and project teams for qualified lead handovers
Schedule meetings and maintain communication records systematically
Support business outreach and marketing campaigns
Market Research & Data Management
Conduct online research to identify:
New companies
Decision-makers
Potential business opportunities
Maintain and update lead databases using:
MS Excel
CRM tools
Track client communication and activity logs accurately
Reporting & Performance Tracking
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation reports
Monitor lead conversion progress and sales activities
Ensure timely reporting of business development performance metrics
Performance Expectations
Minimum 30 client calls per day (cold calls and follow-ups)
Regular lead data updates and activity tracking
Weekly reporting on lead generation and conversion performance
Required Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline preferred
Experience Required
3–5 years of experience in:
Telecalling
Lead Generation
Business Development
Experience in:
Interior Design
Architecture
Real Estate
industries preferred
