Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and performance-driven Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition and revenue growth for our digital marketing services.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in a digital or creative agency environment and be able to position services such as SEO, performance marketing, social media marketing, branding, and content marketing into effective business solutions.
This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, consultative selling, and strong client relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Lead Generation
Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities for digital marketing and creative services across industries.
Use platforms such as LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, and cold outreach for lead generation.
Participate in networking events and online engagement activities.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client business needs and providing tailored digital marketing solutions.
Ensure long-term client engagement and satisfaction.
Sales Cycle Management
Handle end-to-end sales process including:
Lead generation
Qualification
Proposal creation
Negotiation
Deal closure
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets consistently.
Proposal & Strategy Development
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, performance, content) to develop winning proposals, strategies, and SOWs.
Respond to RFPs and RFI requests with strong, insight-driven presentations.
Prepare ROI-focused digital marketing strategies for clients.
Market Research & Reporting
Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitor activities.
Maintain accurate CRM records of leads, pipeline, and client communication.
Provide regular sales updates and forecasts to management.
Requirements
Experience
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales in a Digital Marketing or Creative Agency.
Technical & Domain Knowledge
Strong understanding of:

SEM / PPC
Social Media Marketing
Content Marketing
Email Marketing
Analytics
Skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Experience with CRM tools and platforms like:

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
