Candidate Profile

  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years in Business Development or Sales within BPO, KPO, or insurance sectors
  • Lead Management Expertise: Strong experience in lead generation, nurturing, and closing deals
  • Analytical Skills: Proven ability in market research, lead profiling, and opportunity identification
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and C-level executives
  • Sales Mindset: Results-driven with a strong focus on conversions and revenue growth

Lead Generation & Strategy

  • Design and execute multi-channel outreach strategies to identify and engage high-value prospects
  • Target key industries including BPO, KPO, and insurance for business opportunities
  • Leverage various platforms, networks, and data sources to generate qualified leads

End-to-End Lead Management

  • Manage the complete lead lifecycle from initial discovery and qualification to closure and handover
  • Maintain a structured and efficient sales funnel with consistent follow-ups

Market Research & Analysis

  • Conduct in-depth research on target markets, industry trends, and competitor activities
  • Identify new and untapped lead sources through data-driven insights

Pipeline Management

  • Build and maintain a strong, high-velocity sales pipeline
  • Ensure demand generation and conversion targets are consistently achieved or exceeded

Stakeholder Communication

  • Act as the primary point of contact for prospective clients
  • Deliver impactful presentations and lead high-level negotiations
