Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Chef to oversee culinary operations across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Catering) along with specialization in pastry and bakery. This role requires leadership skills, operational excellence, and the ability to maintain high standards of quality and consistency across regions.

Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage kitchen operations across assigned regions
- Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation, and taste
- Develop and standardize recipes, especially in pastry and bakery
- Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff and chefs
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and food quality standards
- Manage inventory, cost control, and vendor coordination
- Collaborate with management for menu planning and innovation
- Conduct regular audits and implement process improvements
