Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Executive or Assistant Manager to join our Agri Inputs division. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness, coordinating promotional strategies, and strengthening our market presence across key agricultural hubs in Tamil Nadu.
Qualifications & Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or a closely related field.
Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven experience in Agri Inputs marketing or a similar commercial role within the agricultural sector.
Preferred Background: Candidates who have specifically handled bio-products will be given high preference.
Required Skills
Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of Agri Inputs and the broader agricultural landscape.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with both internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Execution: Assist in developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans specifically for Agri Inputs products.
Campaign Management: Support the senior marketing team in organizing and managing field-level promotional campaigns, farmer meets, and industry events.
Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts are perfectly aligned with regional sales targets and strategies.
Market Intelligence: Conduct ongoing market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activity, and new business opportunities.
Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with distributors, retailers, and local agricultural stakeholders.
Reporting: Provide detailed regular reports on marketing activities, campaign ROI, and localized market feedback.
