Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced In-House Architect & Project Manager to lead our restaurant development projects. This role is pivotal in managing the design and execution of new locations and renovations for Cafe Javas, ensuring that our high standards for hospitality environments are met from concept to completion.

Salary Budget: 3,000 USD – 4,500 USD (Base)

Roles & Responsibilities
Architectural Design: Develop and oversee architectural plans, ensuring they align with the brand identity of Cafe Javas.
Project Management: Lead the full lifecycle of restaurant development projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and contractor management.
Site Supervision: Ensure construction and fit-outs meet quality standards and safety regulations.
Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with the HR Manager and other internal departments to ensure seamless project delivery.
