The Account Executive acts as a trusted advisor to executives and operators who are exploring new ways to scale their teams through managed staffing. Experience Requirements:

What You’ll Do  Run consultative discovery conversations with prospective clients to deeply understand workflows, bottlenecks, and growth goals  Guide prospects through the evaluation process, positioning Prialto as a strategic partner  Manage deals from first conversation through close with urgency and attention to detail  Deliver fast, high-quality follow-up — proposals, summaries, and next steps  Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and strong client outcomes  Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking  Consistently hit and exceed revenue targets
