Identify and target new project opportunities and potential clients within the industry.
Lead the end-to-end acquisition process, from initial lead generation to contract closure.
Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals/bids for upcoming projects.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Negotiate terms, pricing, and project scope with stakeholders to ensure profitable acquisitions.
Collaborate with the technical and engineering teams to evaluate project feasibility and resource requirements.
Maintain a robust pipeline of project leads and provide regular status reports to senior management.
Mandate Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional experience in project acquisition, business development, or industrial sales.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred) or Business Administration.
Skills: Proven track record in B2B sales, contract negotiation, and bid management.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with corporate clients.
