Candidate Profile
Education: B.Sc. Chemistry / B.Com (H) / MBA in Operations.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in the Chemical industry, specifically in Procurement or Sales of pigments/raw materials.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Alpha Blue, Beta Blue, and Pigment Green-7 is highly preferred.
Skills: Strong negotiation tactics, analytical ability for bid comparisons, and proficiency in CRM tools.
Travel: Willingness to visit potential customers and attend industry exhibitions.

Role Summary
We are seeking a versatile Materials Executive to manage the full lifecycle of our chemical products—from raw material sourcing and vendor management to B2B sales and market expansion. This role requires a deep understanding of pigments (Alpha Blue, Beta Blue, Green-7) and their applications in the Paint, Ink, and Plastics industries.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Procurement & Logistics:
Source raw materials for Pigments, Colorants, and Strainers.
Manage vendor relationships: obtain offers, negotiate pricing, and finalize delivery schedules.
Perform comparative bid analysis to ensure cost-efficiency.
Optimize logistics by negotiating with service providers for both inward RM and outward FG movements.
2. Sales & Business Development:
Drive B2B and B2C sales for Phthalocyanine Pigments to Paint, Ink, and Masterbatch industries.
Identify and convert new business leads through market research and field visits.
Manage export business operations and maintain relationships with international clients.
Represent the company at trade exhibitions, technical seminars, and customer meets.
3. Operational Excellence:
Act as a bridge between the Q.C. Department and customer requirements to ensure product specifications are met.
Manage the sampling process (Pre-shipment samples) and follow up through the dispatch cycle.
Utilize CRM software (Salesforce/Zoho) to track leads, sales performance, and customer interactions.
Ensure 100% customer satisfaction through proactive pre-and-after-sales support.
