Job Summary

We are seeking a high-energy, results-oriented Field Sales Executive to spearhead our market expansion. You will be responsible for the end-to-end process of distributor onboarding, market penetration, and driving sales growth for our premium energy drink portfolio. This role requires a "feet-on-the-street" approach, involving consistent market visits and aggressive business development.

 

Candidate Profile

Experience: 2–5 years of proven experience in FMCG Field Sales (experience in the beverage or impulse-purchase category is a major plus).

Education: Graduate in any stream; MBA in Sales/Marketing is preferred.

Skills: Strong negotiation and presentation skills, ability to manage distribution networks, and a deep understanding of local geography.

Attributes: Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently in a field-heavy environment.

Core Success Metrics (KPIs)

Expansion: Number of distributors successfully onboarded and activated.

Revenue: Achievement of monthly primary and secondary sales targets.

Productivity: Growth in retailer universe and "Must-Stock" availability.

Financials: Timely payment collections and adherence to credit policies.

Experience Requirements:

Key Responsibilities

Distributor Management: Identify, evaluate, and onboard high-potential distributors based on infrastructure, financial stability, and market reach.

Onboarding & Compliance: Manage the complete documentation/KYC process and ensure smooth transition from agreement to initial stock dispatch.

Market Execution: Support distributors in designing effective beat plans, setting up sales teams, and ensuring maximum market coverage.

Sales Growth: Generate primary sales orders and track secondary sales performance to ensure healthy stock rotation.

Retail Presence: Drive retailer onboarding to improve product availability and ensure high in-store visibility (POSM placement).

Operational Excellence: Maintain strong relationships with partners, ensure timely payment collections, and resolve on-ground operational bottlenecks.

Market Intelligence: Provide real-time feedback on competitor activity, pricing, and consumer trends to the leadership team.
