Negotiation: Strong ability to handle objections and negotiate contracts effectively.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation platforms (like LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Proactively identify and reach out to prospective clients through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales funnel from initial contact and discovery calls to proposal submission and closing.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demand to position our IT services effectively.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
Collaboration: Work closely with the technical and delivery teams to ensure client requirements are understood and met during the bidding process.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline progress, and forecasts in the CRM.
