Key Responsibilities for the Role
Since this is an Inside Sales (B2B) position, the focus will be more on lead generation and digital outreach compared to your previous "Field Sales" requirement:
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new B2B sales leads through online research, LinkedIn, and industry databases.
Outreach: Perform outbound cold calling and email campaigns to pitch products/services to corporate clients.
Pipeline Management: Maintain the CRM with up-to-date contact information and follow-up notes.
Collaboration: Coordinate with the Field Sales team in Hosur and Coimbatore to hand over qualified leads for closing.
