Required Qualifications & Skills

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a secretarial or administrative support role.

Education: Graduate in any stream (Secretarial Practice certification is a plus).

Tech Proficiency: High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

Communication: Fluent in English (both written and verbal) with a professional demeanor.

Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks under pressure, and keen attention to detail.

Integrity: Must demonstrate high levels of discretion and the ability to handle sensitive information.

Experience Requirements:

Key Responsibilities

Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage complex calendars, scheduling internal and external meetings, and ensuring the executive's day runs smoothly.

Communication Hub: Act as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders; screening calls and managing emails.

Travel Coordination: Handle end-to-end travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and visa processing (if applicable).

Documentation: Prepare agendas, take minutes during meetings, and draft professional correspondence, reports, and presentations.

Expense Management: Track and process business expenses and reimbursements for the executive.

Event Support: Assist in organizing corporate events, board meetings, and team outings.
