Education Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation
OR - Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation
Experience Required:
- 2–3 years of experience in B2B field sales
- Preferably in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation industry
Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
- Conduct customer sales meetings
- Deliver product overview and demos
- Handle demo configurations and finalization
- Manage sales funnel effectively
- Work on GeM platform activities
- Lead price negotiations and close orders
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Perform account mapping and identify opportunities
- Participate in roadshows and events
- Continuously upgrade product and sales skills
- Participate in regular performance reviews
Performance Metrics (Measurement Matrix):
- Sales Meetings: Number of meetings conducted
- Product Demo: Quality of product demonstrations
- Funnel Management: Number of phase changes, booking/shipment value
- Relationship Building: Conversion of B category accounts to A
- Account Mapping: Number of accounts mapped and value of leads generated
- Events & Roadshows: Value of leads generated
- Skill Development: Number of skills improved vs required
