Position Overview
We are looking for a skilled Orthotist responsible for assessing, designing, and fitting orthotic devices to support patients with musculoskeletal or neurological conditions. The role involves working closely with patients and healthcare professionals to improve mobility and quality of life.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Orthotics & Prosthetics or related field
Key Skills
- Strong knowledge of orthotic devices and materials
- Patient assessment and clinical evaluation skills
- Good communication and patient-handling abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment
Preferred Profile
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience
- Experience in rehabilitation centers or hospitals
- Patient-focused and empathetic approach

Key Responsibilities
Patient Assessment:
- Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and mobility challenges
- Analyze medical history and clinical requirements
Orthotic Design & Fitting:
- Design, fabricate, and fit orthotic devices such as braces and supports
- Customize devices based on individual patient needs
Patient Care & Support:
- Educate patients on the use, care, and maintenance of orthotic devices
- Provide follow-up care and make necessary adjustments
Collaboration:
- Work closely with doctors, physiotherapists, and rehabilitation teams
- Ensure effective treatment plans and patient outcomes
Documentation:
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment details
- Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and protocols
