Job Title: HR Manager / HR Officer

Salary Budget: ₹40,000 – ₹80,000 per month

Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic HR Manager / HR Officer to manage end-to-end human resource functions including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance. The candidate will play a key role in building a positive work culture and supporting business growth through effective HR practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- MBA in HR preferred
- 4–8 years of experience in HR generalist role
Key Skills
- Strong knowledge of recruitment and HR operations
- Understanding of labor laws and compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
Preferred Profile
- Experience in handling end-to-end HR functions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong team management and coordination skills
Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Manage end-to-end hiring process including sourcing, screening, and onboarding
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements
- Ensure timely closure of open positions
Employee Engagement & HR Operations:
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives
- Handle employee relations and resolve workplace issues
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Performance Management:
- Support performance appraisal processes
- Monitor employee performance and development plans
- Assist in training and development programs
Payroll & Compliance:
- Coordinate payroll processing and attendance management
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies
- Handle PF, ESIC, and other statutory requirements
Policy & Process Implementation:
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures
- Ensure proper implementation across the organization
