Job Title: Sr. Manager – Finance
Experience Required: 6 – 10 Years
Salary Budget: ₹65,000 – ₹1,10,000 per month

Position Overview

We are looking for a result-driven Sr. Manager – Finance to oversee financial planning, analysis, reporting, and compliance. The candidate will play a key role in managing financial operations, supporting business decisions, and ensuring strong financial control within the organization.

 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce
  • CA / CMA / MBA Finance preferred
  • 6–10 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting

Key Skills

  • Strong financial analysis and reporting skills
  • Knowledge of taxation, compliance, and audit processes
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP systems
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
  • Leadership and communication skills

Preferred Profile

  • Experience in handling end-to-end finance operations
  • Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and MIS reporting
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Experience Requirements:

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):

  • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial models
  • Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights
  • Monitor KPIs and support strategic decision-making

Financial Reporting:

  • Oversee preparation of MIS reports and financial statements
  • Ensure accuracy and timely reporting to management
  • Conduct variance analysis and highlight key risks/opportunities

Accounting & Operations:

  • Supervise day-to-day accounting activities (AP, AR, GL)
  • Ensure proper reconciliation and closure of accounts
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes

Taxation & Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory regulations
  • Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits
  • Maintain proper documentation and regulatory filings

Cash Flow & Cost Control:

  • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund utilization
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiency
  • Manage banking relationships and financial transactions

Team Management & Coordination:

  • Lead and mentor the finance team
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for financial inputs
  • Ensure smooth financial operations across departments
